The process is not equal to the process, which is why many of our services are priced individually. The price is influenced by such factors as the complexity of the case, the number of planned hearings (which usually depends on the number of witnesses), the length of the documentation, or the value of the dispute. When valuing, we take into account the minimum fees for attorney's services regulation of the Minister of Justice. You will learn more about this by reading our postsblog. In some cases, however, we are able to determine our remuneration in advance. To make it easier for you to familiarize yourself with our offer and to order services, we have created a price list with which you can choose a service, order it and automatically pay for it.
We also try to determine the costs beyond the Law Firm's control (such as court fees or stamp duty), although this is not always possible. It may happen that at the next stages of the case there will be additional costs, which we will immediately inform you about.

Certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register

As part of the service, the Law Firm will send you a model power of attorney and a questionnaire, and then submit an application for information about the person to the National Criminal Register. If you have no criminal record (or your criminal record has been erased) and you are wanted by an arrest warrant, we will obtain a certificate of clean criminal record for you.
In addition, we can obtain a sworn translation, an apostille, and for Polish citizens also a multilingual version.
Obtaining the document takes about 2 weeks (this is an approximate time).

In order to register your state certificate in the Polish Registrar's Office, you will need an original foreign document (it will not be returned), a power of attorney, and in the case of a marriage certificate, also special statements about surnames, which we will prepare for you. Granting citizenship
We will conduct an analysis for you and determine whether the naturalization or citizenship procedure is right for you (and if not, what else needs to be done). If you decide to initiate the proceedings - we will send you a power of attorney template and a list of necessary documents. After obtaining the decision, we will send it to you with instructions on obtaining an ID card and a Polish passport.
Recognition of citizenship takes about 3 months. The citizenship procedure usually takes 1.5 - 2 years. The indicated time is indicative.

As part of the service, the Law Firm will create templates of powers of attorney and declarations for you, prepare a list of necessary documents, and then submit an application to the selected Registry Office. If necessary, we will submit pleadings to the Office (including requests for evidence) and inform about the progress of the case.
